We are pleased to inform you that FIRD, with the support of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India is organizing the InDEX South India (Exhibition & RBSM) as per the following details:
Dates: 2 to 4 May, 2025 Venue: ADLUX international convention centre, Angamaly, Kochi Time: 10 am to 7 pm
FIRD is inviting more than 200 supermarkets, retail chains, importers, potential overseas licensees and business owners, 20 plus Fiance and Ba king institutions, representatives from more govermental ministries and embassies, and international orqanizations to attend INDEX India 2025. The show is the only platform supported by the Govt. of India promoting Indian brands and will also mark the presence of over 2500 pre-registered B2B trade visitors.
InDEX is once again all set to become India’s first Global Market Place for Indian brands to go global, covering both food & non-food Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (MuG) as well as services. Invex zuzs wil nel orands reach internadonal markets. InDEx zuzs will also snowcase indla’s select services, wnich nave the potential to be franchised overseas.a
INDIAN EXHIBITORS’ PROFILE:
PARTICIPATION CHARGES (Highly Subsidised): Atter taking into consideration the assistance trom the Ministry and FIR contribution, the participation charges will be: (Highly Subsidized Cost) INR 7650 Per Sq. Mtr. +18% GST (For FIRD Member) IN 8500 Per Sq. Mtr 18% GST (For Non-FIRD Member) Minimum 9 Sq.
Mtr. and in multiple of 3 SQ. MTR Participation Fees includes Standard built up stall with one table, two chairs, Carpet, fascia name board with the company name displayed on it and basic electrical fittings and dustbin Please Note: This fee does not include charges for sending display material or any additional fixtures or furniture in the booth. These are to be borne by the companies. *INR 5,000 extra for corner booths, subject to availability. REFUND POLICY: The participation charges are non-rerundable in any case. As we nave a limited number or boons, interested members are requested to kindly send us teir contirmation as pe the registration form enclosed along with the participation fee (non-refundable). The payment may be made by NEFT in the name of Nodal Industries Development Council Forum for. As we have limited stalls, preference will be given on the basis of first-come. first-served basis and on receipt of the ful participation fee. FIRD reserves the right to select the participants.
